œ Booking for classes operates on a first come first served basis i.e. whoever returns their forms and fees first gets a place. Places cannot be reserved without forms and remittance / deposit.

œ If paying by for classes by cheque please make cheques payable to Jennifer Agnew.

œ Fees are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances at your teacher’s descretion.

œ If you miss a class it cannot be refunded or carried over to the next block of classes.

œ Blocks of classes are paid for in full, even if you are not going to be able to attend all the classes.

œ All sundry items (eg, books, puppets, etc) to be paid for when the order is placed.

œ If you are unable to attend please e-mail (jennifer@sign2music.co.uk) text / telephone Sign 2 Music (07955933700) prior to the class.

œ Receipts will be issued for all fees paid / items purchased and Sign2Music will keep copies.

œ All handouts, sign and song sheets are included in the costs of classes. None of this information is to be copied or reproduced or recorded or filmed without prior written permission from Sign2Music. This information is protected by copyright (Sign 2 Music is an innovative and successful business and to stay this way we actively control and protect our intellectual property. Any unauthorised use will be prosecuted).

œ Parents are responsible for their babies'/ children's welfare while attending classes.

œ Parents must supervise their babies / children at all times.

œ Sign2Music is covered by professional indemnity/public liability insurance up to £2 million (copies of certificate available on request). This does not cover personal belongings for staff or group members.

œ No responsibility can be taken for loss/damage to property/person in/outside the venue.

œ Should you have a complaint please speak to the presenter either in person or by phone, request a complaints form or contact us via the website.

œ We keep your personal details on file simply for administrative purposes and do not share this with third parties.
