There is a growing interest in baby signing throughout Northern Ireland. I regularly get requests from people that are interested in attending classes in various locations. I aim to deliver QUALITY baby sign language instruction and am very proud of what I have developed. I would love to work alongside enthusiastic and committed people to ensure classes and workshops are available in as many areas as possible.

What do you need to become a Sign 2 Music teacher:

1.       A qualification in British Sign Language (BSL) and a knowledge of Deaf culture. As a potential teacher you need to be qualified to at least Stage 1 in BSL or be willing to gain this qualification.

2.     Experience of or an interest in working with children. 
It would be beneficial (although not necessary) to have signed with your own child.

3.     The ability to sing in tune (you don’t need to be Madonna!)

4.     Your own transport

Becoming a Sign 2 Music teacher offers a relatively low investment, much lower than most other similar opportunities. It is not a franchise, but a licensing agreement. There are a number of different options available.  It is an opportunity to work flexibly to suit your family circumstances. You receive all the materials and resources needed to start immediately and the flexibility to add your own personal touch, by adjusting the content to suit your personality and skills.
